Charlotte Kearsley | Director | CBT Psychotherapist |

Hello, I'm Charlotte, a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 10 years’ experience. I am dedicated to helping individuals better understand themselves and find meaningful paths to growth and change.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in collaboration and insight. I believe that every person’s story matters and I feel it's important to help individuals fully understand what is happening for them. I therefore work with clients to build a full formulation - a detailed, compassionate understanding of how past experiences, core beliefs, and current symptoms are connected. By making sense of these links together, we can begin to untangle what’s holding you back and move toward lasting change.

I have a special interest in supporting people who have experienced adverse childhoods, trauma, low self-esteem and social anxiety. Please however see the 'what we treat' section for an extended list of areas I work with. The challenges we face can shape how we see ourselves and the world, but they don’t have to define our future. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where we can explore these experiences at your pace. My goal is to help you feel understood and equipped with the tools you need to move forward in life. Please do reach out if you'd like to discuss how I can support you.
