Our sessions will be split into 3 phases; The What, The Why and The How:
The What - this first phase is the assessment phase. During this stage of treatment we gather an understanding about some of the symptoms which are having the biggest impact for you. We also begin to gather a picture of you and your experiences.
The Why - the second phase is The Why. This is where we map out the reasons you may be feeling the way you do. We also begin to discuss what may be maintaining your symptoms and the vicious cycle.
The How - The final stage of treatment looks at ways/skills in which we can break this cycle. During this stage we will be looking at ways in which you can modify how you think or behave to positive impact on your feelings.
